Shipping & Returns — Scribblebark Studio

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All fine art prints and original artworks are made to order — please allow 4–10 business days for production and dispatch.
  • Canvas prints may be ordered stretched or unstretched, giving you flexibility for framing or display.
  • Orders up to 105 cm are shipped via Australia Post registered service; larger works ship via a trusted domestic courier.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships, so you can follow your artwork every step of the way.
  • Original artworks and prints for workshops, corporate projects, or commissions (including RAP artworks and art projections) are handled with care to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and insurance included for original artworks.
  • Larger canvas artworks may be carefully removed from stretcher bars and shipped rolled to protect the painting during transit.
  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is dispatched so you can monitor delivery.

Packaging & Insurance

Original artworks, commissioned pieces, and prints are packaged with professional materials, bubble wrap, and clearly labelled Fragile.
Insurance is included for all original artworks during transit to protect against damage.For workshop materials, prints, or projection projects, items are packed securely to ensure safe delivery to your venue or location.
Returns & Refunds
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description. Replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check dimensions and details carefully before purchase.
  • Fine art prints: Refunds are only offered for damaged items in transit.
  • Custom commissions / RAP artworks / art projection services: Refunds depend on the commission or project agreement and deposit terms.

Workshops & Services Policies

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings for workshops, commissions, or art projection projects.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of workshops follows the specific workshop terms outlined on the Workshops page.
  • Commissioned artworks and projections are carefully managed with agreed timelines, shipping, and delivery expectations communicated to the buyer.

About Scribblebark Studio
Scribblebark Studio is the home of Contemporary Aboriginal Abstract Art by Gija (East Kimberley) and Yamaji (Mid-West Western Australia) artist Deborah Bonar. Based in Perth and Mandurah, Deborah creates vibrant acrylic and ochre paintings that honour her cultural connections to Country through colour, movement, and layered abstraction. Collectors can explore a curated range of original artworks, open-edition prints, and custom Aboriginal art commissions tailored for residential, corporate, and community spaces. Scribblebark Studio proudly supports ethical, authentic First Nations art practices. Shipping is available across Perth, Peel Region, Western Australia, Australia, and internationally.
